You need though to dispone of more or better of all the information, before you decide if you really want to be this your dream holiday home.
The Agencias who offer the real estates are working on behalf of the seller. You eventually are making agreements through the Agencia with the seller. The Agencia in that case is working with wearing two hats, be aware of that.
You can contract me to get the missing and other not visible information. My objectief is that all my work eventually cost you nothing. To archief that I make deals with the selling party(ies). By the way, as soon as I present myself at an Agency, they actually know that I have a client interested in buying a property and they give naturally all support. If necessary I also visit the property to see it myself and give my opinion about its shape. I make a report of everything inmediately - if possible bij phone- of all my work.

Anyhow: You decide always! If there is an agreement and the Draft Purchase Contract ( Contrato de Arras) is signed, I will be assisting you, also if an official (legal) translation is needed. I will be at your side with the legal process of transferring the ownership at the Notary and of course be available and looking after of e.g. if all the contracts with the electricity, water and gas suppliers are changed. I will help you getting the essential information of involved tax consequencies as well.
