1. The rental price
The rental prices are in euros, per week and per accommodation.
2. Included in the rental price
Unless stated differently in the reservation letter, included is: water, electricity, made up beds on arrival, bed linen, two bath towels per person and 1 private parking spot for a car of normal size.
3. Reservation and rental deposit
After receiving a reservation, Alegria draws up a reservation letter with details. The customer must provide the details for this reservation letter within 24 hours. Alegría will send the reservation letter by e-mail to the customer. 30% of the total balance must be paid before 7 days of the date mentioned in the reservation letter. 100% must be paid before 7 days, when the the booking is made 60 days or shorter from the arrival date. Alegría may cancel the booking when she does not receive the payment according to the date mentioned in the reservation letter. With the booking paid, the customer agrees to the Alegría rental conditions.
4. Total balance
The total balance must be paid 60 days before arrival date. The date is mentioned in the reservation letter. When the total balance is not paid 60 days before arrival, Alegría may cancel the reservation. 30% of the total balance will be considered as cancelation costs. In general this will be equal to the rental deposit paid at the time of the booking. You will find all cases of cancellation and their respectively cancellation costs in article 12.
5. Security deposit
The security deposit is € 200 and is not included in the rental price and must be paid in cash during the check in upon arrival. This deposit will be returned to the customer by bank transfer within 3 days after the departure date, if Alegría considers the accommodation left according to the conditions of Alegría. Small amounts due to damage shall be deducted from this deposit before paying back the deposit to the customer and in case of major damage costs, Alegría will hold the customer responsible. We advise the customer to check if any damages are covered by travel insurance.
6. Final cleaning
The accommodation is clean on arrival. All accommodations are equipped with vacum cleaners and cleaning products to enable the customers to keep the accommodation tidy during the stay. On the day of departure the customer is responsible for leaving the accommodation according to the regulations Alegría provides on arrival. If the customer decides not to follow our regulations, extra cleaning costs will be charged to the customer at 25 € per hour. Alegría is responsible for the thorough cleaning after departure of the customer.
In July and August the minimum stay is 7 nights. Arrival and departure days are on Friday, Saturday, depending availability. During the other months the amount of days, the arrival and check out day are flexible and depending availability.

Alegría does not allow more persons in the accomodation, other than mentioned in the reservation letter. The guest names must correspond with the names in the reservation letter. If not, Alegría has the right to cancel the reservation and the customers will have to leave the accommodation. There will be no re-fund.
12. Cancellation by the customer
The customer must inform Alegría in writing, by email or regular post. The date that the written cancellation is received by Alegría is considered the cancellation date and used to calculate the cancellation costs. We recommend taking a travel and cancellation insurance.
Cancellation costs are calculated over the total balance:
30% until 60 days before arrival date;
70% from 60 days until arrival date;
90% from 30 days until arrival date;
100% from 15 days until arrival date.
13. Arriving later than the arrival date and leaving earlier than the departure date
Alegría will not pay a refund.
Not allowed in June, July, August and September. Negotiable, during other months of the year. Permission granted, must be noted in the reservation letter.
Swimming in the communal pool is at the customers own risk. Alegría is not responsible and cannot be held responsible for any accidents, loss, or damage caused to the customer during the stay in the accommodation. Alegría is also not responsible for theft of personal belongings. It is in everyone´s interest to read and follow the Community Rules provided in the accommodation.
16. Construction work, noise, pollution
It may occur that noise is produced in the area. Alegría cannot be held responsible nor shall Alegría pay refunds for any disturbance caused to the customer as a result of for example: construction work, noise, or pollution. It may also occur that the government orders water restrictions.We recommended to read publications about this and seek advice at Alegría.
17. Air-conditioning and heat
Elelctricity use for airconditioning and heat is included in the rental price. The customer must follow the guidelines recommended by Alegría. When the electricity invoices exceed the estimation, Alegría may charge the customer for the extra costs according to the local electricity costs.
18. Tourist tax
This is a new tax as of November 2012. Estimated calculation is € 0, 90 per person per night up to 7 nights. Children 16 years and younger are excluded from this tourist tax regulation. This tax must be paid on arrival and in cash during the check in. The rate and regulations may change.
19. Approval rental conditions
The rental conditions are sent to the customer before or with the reservation letter. The rental conditions are considered approved after receiving the first payment.
