You need though to dispone of more or better of all the information, before you decide if you really want to be this your dream holiday home.

The Agencias who offer the real estates to buy are working on behalf of the seller. You eventually are making agreements through the Agencia with the seller. The Agencia in that case is working with wearing two hats.

You can contract me to get the missing and other not visible information. My objectief is that all my work eventually cost you nothing. To archief that I make deals with the selling party(ies). For all the preparations I always ask first a down payment of €1,000.00 (excl 21%vat). But, this amount will be reimbursed as soon as a selling-buying deal is made with an Agencia to which I have made a deal with the selling party. At the end thus you are paying nothing for all my work. Our agreement and everything I will be offering will be written down in a contract.

I standard work with a list of questions of which the seller must give clearance. By the way as soon as I present myself at an Agency, they actually know that I have a client interested in buying a property they have and almost allways they give all support. I also visit the property to see it myself and give my opinion about its shape. I always report anything inmediately - if possible bij phone-  of all my interference. I will help you getting the essential information of involved tax consequencies as well.
